We have launched several sustainable initiatives that are helping us to become as environmentally friendly and aware as we can be without compromising the quality of our products, while taking extra care to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and EU regulations on cosmetics.»

ECO-DESIGN:
CENTRAL TO OUR MISSION
Eco-design, or the systematic integration of environmental aspects into product design and development, aims to reduce negative environmental impacts throughout a product’s life cycle.
This approach, applied to the design process from the very outset, focuses on striking the best balance between environmental, social, technical and economic requirements in terms of product design and development. Each time a product is developed, it creates an opportunity for us to consider its environmental aspects and reduce our impact at every stage, from the sourcing of raw materials right through to formulation, choice of production site, packaging, packing, shipping and recycling.

COSMETIC PACKAGING
One of our major improvements relates to packaging. We have decided to rethink its manufacture, eco-designing it to eliminate plastics made with fossil fuels from our standard offer.
Now, our products are packaged in sustainable materials such as bio-sourced plastic from sugarcane and from post-consumption and postindustry recycled materials or aluminium. Aluminium is one of the most abundant mineral materials on earth, it is versatile, light-weight and can be recycled repeatedly with no limitations.
By choosing eco-design, we are offering hoteliers sustainable solutions and supporting them in their transition to eco-friendly practices.

OUR BIO-SOURCED MATERIALS:
SUGARCANE-BASED
To avoid the use of plastics from limited resources, such as fossil fuels, we offer 100% plant-based tubes, bottles and large-capacity dispensers, made from sugarcane residue known as bagasse.
The sugarcane we use is sourced exclusively from sustainably-managed farms and responsible suppliers and we only use the residue from the industrial process after at least 3 extraction cycles. This ensures that our production is not harmful to the ecosystems of the producing areas.
+ Our dispenser pumps are in bio-resin made mostly from bagasse.
OUR RECYCLED MATERIALS
We manufacture packaging that favors the use of recycled materials from the following sources:
PCR (post-consumer recycled) materials from consumer waste that has been previously used and discarded.
PIR (post-industry recycled) plastic is sourced from the recovery of industrial waste (manufacturing waste) or recalled products never used by consumers.
Our bottles, dispensers and caps can be made in recycled plastic, we can also use recycled paper for the bottles and dispensers’ labels, and our soaps can be wrapped in recycled cardboard boxes and with recycled paper.
+ These materials are also fully recyclable.
AN ECO-RESPONSIBLE MATERIAL: ALUMINUM
Our commitment to developing sustainable products and reducing our impact on the environment has led us to dramatically reduce plastic and develop with a new material: aluminum.
It is one of the most abundant mineral materials on earth, it is versatile, light-weight and can be recycled repeatedly with no limitations.
ECOPUMP SYSTEM
300 to 500 ml
Ecopump, Groupe GM’s large-capacity dispensers (300 to 500ml) with cylindrical or square bases. They are available in a variety of shapes and materials (sugarcane-based and recycled) to meet all your different needs.
+ The 500ml dispensers are available in an opaque version with a window for easy visualization of the liquid level.
In order to guarantee product origin and traceability in accordance with European cosmetic regulations, the pumps are completely sealed.
OUR ECOFILL
SAFE REFILLABLE SYSTEM
300 & 400 ml
The only refillable and traceable eco-friendly dispenser.
The clean, safe, fast & easy solution with a minimal environmental impact.
Its bottle comes with sealed pouches, ensuring minimal packaging as they are made of only 8g of recyclable plastic and guarantee fully traceable cosmetics.
Ecofill bottle exists in recycled plastic with a translucent finish and in polycarbonate plastic with a transparent finish, both recyclable, with refill pouches of 400ml capacity.
Ecofill also exists in aluminum with refill pouches of 300 ml.
+ The traceability of the pouch complies with EU cosmetic regulations, is tamper-proof once sealed, and the product’s origin and quality are guaranteed.
ECO-DESIGNED TUBES & BOTTLES
We offer a wide range of bottles in sizes from 20ml to 100ml, available in recycled or sugarcane-based plastic.
Our tubes are available in different sizes, from 10ml to 200ml and in several finishes.
All the tubes in our branded lines are sugarcane-based.
OUR RESPONSIBLE
& ECO-DESIGNED SOAPS
Our bar soaps are made with palm oil from RSPO Segregated and Mass Balance palm plantations (which contribute to the production and use of certified sustainable palm oil).

They are plant-based, and contain up to 99% of ingredients of natural origin.

Since 2020, they have not contained EDTA and BHT.

They can be gluten-free and vegan certified.

Are all dermatologically tested and cruelty-free and GMO free.
OUR RESPONSIBLE AND ECO-DESIGNED LIQUID FORMULAS
Contain up to 99% ingredients of natural origin.
Do not contain formaldehyde, phthalate and paraben.
Are not treated with ionizing radiation.
They are tested under dermatological control and not tested on animals. Our organic cosmetic products are certified by Cosmecert according to the COSMOS standard. We offer a number of cosmetic products certified by the European Ecolabel ecological label.
Depending on your needs, we can also develop liquid formulas that are:

Free from mineral oil, coloring, SLS and SLES and phenoxyethanol.

Containing natural perfumes, plant extracts, essential oils, vegetable oils etc.
OUR PRODUCTION SITE
A GUARANTEE OF RELIABILITY, FLEXIBILITY AND QUALITY
Our Three production sites comply with European cosmetic regulations and respect Good Manufacturing Practices guaranteeing the safety and reliability of our products. Our Lyon factory has obtained the ISO 26000 corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment label certified by AFNOR . Our factory in Portugal complies with quality and environmental management standards ISO 9001 and 14001. Production quality is guaranteed throughout the manufacturing process. The factory in China complies with production quality standard ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 for Good Manufacturing Practice.
RELIABILITY OF SUPPLY
Thanks to rigorous manufacturing monitoring we can guarantee the availability and continuity of products throughout the world. The same product can be manufactured at different sites, ensuring smooth production and ensuring reliability of supply.
